1. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At Diavont Pte Ltd, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship and service. Each Diavont piece is created with care and precision. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a purchase does not fully meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-centric, while upholding the value and integrity of our luxury jewellery.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may return an item under the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition, with no signs of wear, alteration, or modification.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accompanying materials such as:
- Product certificate (e.g., GIA, IGI, or in-house)
- Invoice and original receipt
- Warranty card (if applicable)
- Jewellery box and tags
Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Custom-designed, engraved, or bespoke items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
- Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired by a third party
3. Refund Terms
Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item:
- A refund equivalent to 70% of the original purchase value will be issued.
- The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 business days from the date the return is accepted.
- Diavont reserves the right to deduct additional fees for missing certificates, damaged packaging, or incomplete returns.
Note: The 70% refund accounts for administrative, quality control, and restocking charges incurred in the return process.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact Us:
- Email support@diavont.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item (optional but recommended).
Receive Return Instructions:
- Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and packaging/shipping instructions.
Ship the Item:
- Pack the item securely using the original packaging.
- Clearly label the package with the RAN.
- Use a reliable and insured courier service. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.
- For international returns, ensure correct declaration of the item to avoid customs complications. Diavont is not liable for any import/export duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred during returns.
5. Return Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item is received at our facility:
- It will be subjected to a quality inspection by our internal team of gemologists and product specialists.
- Diavont reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the stated conditions.
- In the case of a rejected return, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers are advised to return the item for a partial refund (as per this policy) and place a new order separately.
7. Policy Updates
Diavont Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
