What’s Covered:

  • Complimentary repairs for manufacturing faults (e.g., loose diamonds, broken prongs).

Conditions:

  • Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, lost stones, or third-party repairs.
  • Jewellery must remain in its original setting with valid certification.

Exclusions:

  • Discoloration due to chemicals or improper care.
  • Damage from negligence or excessive force.

How to Claim:

Present your jewellery along with the purchase receipt and certificate for inspection. If eligible, we’ll repair it at no cost.
