1. Shipping Destinations & Charges

  • Singapore: Free shipping in all of Singapore.
  • Other Asian Countries: $48 for standard international shipping.
  • US & Europe: $98 for standard international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Diavont is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures

4. Shipping Insurance

  • All shipments are fully insured during transit for the value of the item.
  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. In the rare event of damage, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or countries under international trade restrictions.
