At Diavont, we guarantee the best price for our IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds in Singapore.

If you find the same item at a lower price within 15 days of your purchase, simply let us know. We will:

  • Refund you the difference – or –

  • Offer a return with a full refund, no questions asked.

This way, you can shop with complete confidence knowing you’re always getting the best value at Diavont.

Simply send to ana@diavont.com within 15 days with:

Proof of the price (screenshot, invoice, or listing) and your Diavont order number.
Item must be identical in design, and certification, competitor’s price must include all taxes and shipping.

Clearance sales or Marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Carousell) are excluded.

Exclusions

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry
  • Flash sales, clearance, or liquidation discounts
  • Marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Carousell, Facebook Marketplace)
  • Pricing errors, misprints, or unverifiable offers
